"I wanted to create a space where you actually feel heard."
I'm Jessica. I've been doing nails for 3+ years out of my private studio in Waukegan.
I started this because I wanted to work for myself and do something I actually love every day. Nail art is it for me. I love the creativity, I love the detail, and I love that no two sets are the same.
When you come in, it's just us. I'm easy to talk to, I don't rush, and I genuinely care how your nails turn out. A lot of my clients have been coming back since day one. That's the part I'm most proud of.

How much does a nail set cost at Icy Nails?
Hand sets start at $115 for Lite Ice, then $130 (Baby Snowflake), $150 (Frosted Glam) and $170 (Iced Out Baddie). Add $15 for L/XL length. Dry pedicures are $110 to $145, and the Hands + Toes combo starts at $240. A $50 deposit secures your spot and goes toward your total.
Do you do Polygel nails?
Yes. Every set is built with Polygel, on natural nails or extensions. Lite Ice is a Polygel set made for super short natural nails.
How long does a nail appointment take?
Hand sets take about 3 to 5 hours, pedicures 1 to 3 hours, and the Hands + Toes combo 5 to 7 hours. Every appointment is one on one, so nothing gets rushed.
Can you recreate a nail design from a picture?
Yes. Every set starts with a consultation so Jessica can see your vision. Book first, then send your inspo photos. As one client put it: “I always show pictures and she literally copies and pastes.”
Do you do pedicures?
Yes, dry pedicures in three levels: The Chill Pedi ($110), Iced Tips ($130) and Iced Out Toes ($145). Every pedi includes callus care, hot towels, a lotion massage and cuticle care.
Do you take walk ins?
No, Icy Nails is by appointment only. Pick your set and choose a time on the booking calendar above.
What is your deposit and rescheduling policy?
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your total. You can reschedule once. Any change after that needs a new deposit.
Do you offer soak off removal?
Yes. Soak off removal is complimentary if it’s Jessica’s previous work. Otherwise add it for $30 when you book.
